The World Space Administration (WSA) is being established by the upcoming Provisional World Parliament.

The organisational structure below represents a proposed framework currently under consideration in draft world legislation. It outlines the intended administrations, agencies, authorities, directorates, boards and commissions that will be established to fulfil the constitutional powers of the World Government relating to space, atmosphere and climate. Final names and mandates are subject to approval and possible revision by the Provisional World Parliament.

• Orbital Infrastructure Agency (OIA) - Builds, operates, and maintains orbital stations, platforms, depots, and shipyards.
• Lunar Development Agency (LDA) - Plans, develops, and administers permanent settlements and infrastructure on the Moon.
• Space Communications Agency (SCA) - Establishes, operates, and secures satellite and deep‑space communication networks.
• Space Exploration Agency (SEA) - Designs and conducts robotic and crewed exploration missions in the inner Solar System.
• Space Transport Agency (STA) - Designs, builds, operates, and coordinates launch systems and interplanetary transport fleets.
• Space Resources and Mining Authority (SRMA) - Regulates, licenses, and supervises exploration and extraction of extraterrestrial resources.
• Mars Terraforming Authority (MTA) - Directs, regulates, and implements the long‑term environmental transformation of Mars.
• Deep Space Exploration Agency (DSEA) - Conducts outer Solar System and deep‑space exploration, including precursor interstellar missions.
• Planetary Science Directorate (PSD) - Leads scientific research on planets, moons, atmospheres, geology, and possible biospheres.
• Space Technology and Innovation Directorate (STID) - Develops next‑generation spacecraft, propulsion, habitats, robotics, and other space technologies.
