The organisational structure below represents a proposed framework currently under consideration in draft world legislation. It outlines the intended administrations, agencies, authorities, directorates, boards and commissions that will be established to fulfil the constitutional powers of the World Government relating to space, atmosphere and climate. Final names and mandates are subject to approval and possible revision by the Provisional World Parliament.
- World Atmospheric and Climate Administration (WACA)
- World Space Administration (WSA)
- Space Safety and Standards Board (SSSB) - Issues and enforces technical and safety standards for space and atmospheric systems.
- Standing Parliamentary Commission on Space Law - Develops and oversees legal frameworks for space, Moon, satellites, and interplanetary activity.
