The organisational structure below represents a proposed framework currently under consideration in draft world legislation. It outlines the intended administrations, agencies, authorities, directorates, boards and commissions that will be established to fulfil the constitutional powers of the World Government relating to space, atmosphere and climate. Final names and mandates are subject to approval and possible revision by the Provisional World Parliament.
- World Climate Observation Agency (WCOA) - Operates climate and atmospheric observation systems and satellite fleets for Earth and other planets.
- Planetary Atmospheres Research Directorate (PARD) - Conducts research on atmospheres and climate systems of Earth and other planets.
